Nothing upfront. Shane's Treats installs, stocks, and operates the machine. You provide floor space and power. There is no charge to get a unit on site.
How much space do we need?
About five square feet in a high-traffic area, plus a standard nearby power outlet. Lobbies, break rooms, and amenity floors are typical.
How fast can a machine be installed?
Within 14 days of the contract sign date, in the usual case.
Who restocks and maintains it?
We do. Regular restocks, maintenance, and product-mix adjustments are included. You don't manage inventory or service.
What products are in the machine?
Food, beverages, and other items uniquely catered to your location and the people who use it. We tune the assortment after we see what actually sells.
How do customers pay?
Contactless and cashless. They tap a card or phone, the door unlocks, they grab items, and the card is charged automatically when the door closes. AI determines what left the machine.
What if it isn't a fit?
Exit the contract with no penalty within 30 days. After that, talk to us — we would rather a good host than a stuck one.
